What I Do

My Mission

Help companies position themselves as the brand of choice for customers and talent across all diverse groups, backed up by measurable and credible social impact credentials

My Approach

To make recommendations based on observed practice by leading companies around the globe. Either through my analysis of 250 ESG and DEI reports across Britain and America or what I have seen firsthand to be effective at JPMorgan Chase, a company recognised for its leadership on social impact for women, people of colour, people with a disability and those that identify as LGBTQ+. There are many ESG data providers out there but most limit themselves to gender and/or ethinicity/race data. Edgevisory data and insights includes people with disabilities and those who identify as LGBTQ+.

My Expertise

I have 25 years of experience as a tech & data executive at JPMorgan Chase. In that time I worked and lived in Tokyo, São Paulo, New York and London. I founded the JPMorgan Chase’s LGBTQ+ Executive Council and I am a former Board Chair for Out & Equal, the world’s leading non-profit focused on LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion. I was featured as a Top 100 LGBT+ Executive in 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020 by the Financial Times, Yahoo Finance and Involve. I am now dedicating myself helping companies increase their social impact .
